These terms apply to your use of the UPVOTERED website. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

The site and its content

The texts, drawings, illustrations, photos, model names, the UPVOTERED name and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, for example to show a piece to someone. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs, drawings or content, or use them commercially, without our written permission.

The illustrations show the design and proportions of each piece. Real wood varies in color and grain from board to board, and screen colors vary from device to device, so the finished piece will not look exactly like the drawing.

Quote requests and orders

  • The site has no online shop. Sending a quote request does not create a contract or any obligation for either side.
  • A quote is not binding until you confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit has been paid. We take a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance before delivery, by credit card, ACH bank transfer or check. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Prices, lead times, delivery and installation terms are set out in the quote and the order confirmation, not on this website.
  • Made-to-order pieces are built to your size and specification. Such pieces are generally not returnable once production has started; you can cancel within three business days of paying the deposit for a full refund; after that the deposit is non-refundable because it covers materials already bought and cut. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Warranty: every piece carries a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the delivery date. We repair or replace defective pieces at our choice. Normal wear, misuse, outdoor use and the natural movement, checking and color change of solid wood are not defects.

Your submissions

When you send us files (sketches, photos, drawings), you confirm that you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them only to prepare your quote and make your order. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please don’t misuse the site: no spam through the forms, no attempts to break or overload it, no uploading of malicious files.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
