Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information UPVOTERED collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

UPVOTERED LLC (“UPVOTERED”, “we”, “us”)

Email: info@upvote.red

What we collect

When you send a quote request or a message:

  • name, email address and, if you give it, phone number;
  • details about your project: model, configuration, dimensions, quantity, delivery city and country, preferred date;
  • for business and trade requests: company or studio name, type of space, number of items;
  • files you upload (sketches, room photos, drawings). Photos may show your home or workplace — please only send what you are comfortable sharing;
  • your message, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails.

When you browse the site:

  • your cookie choice, stored in your browser (see the Cookie Policy);
  • if — and only if — you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

  • to answer your request and prepare a drawing and quote;
  • to make, deliver and install your order, and to keep business records (orders, invoices) as required by law;
  • to send occasional emails about new models and workshop news — only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act;
  • to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (analytics, only after consent);
  • to protect the site and our forms against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • form handling: Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA);
  • website hosting: Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA);
  • email: our business email provider, for replying to you;
  • analytics: none at the moment; if we add an analytics tool, it will only run after your consent and will be listed here;
  • freight carriers and installers, only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside your state or country, including outside the US. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don’t lead to an order are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

  • Marketing emails: unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or write to info@upvote.red.
  • Cookies: the site currently uses no tracking cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
  • Access, correction, deletion: write to us and we will help.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act, where applicable) — such as the right to know what we hold about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If you contact us from the EU/EEA or the UK, the GDPR may give you similar rights, plus the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email info@upvote.red. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We respond within 45 days.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to handle your request. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information through the form.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
