Work desk
A slim solid top on steel sled legs. Built for getting things done.
About
Sled is what stayed with us from the workbenches in our shop: flat, solid and quiet. A 3 cm solid top rests on sled legs bent from a single length of steel; no bar in front to hit your shins, just a slim rail at the back tying the legs together.
The top will collect the marks of daily work — a coffee ring, a pen line, the spot where your elbow lives. With hard wax oil, a little sanding and a fresh coat takes them out in minutes. A cable tray option is still on our bench.
